Muncie Police say two men were tied up and tortured and three othes held captive during an overnight incident. Police say it happened on the northeast side where one woman was repeatedly shot in the legs with a nail gun. Police have been questioning two suspects. At just before 4 am, a woman ran into a convenience store saying she had escaped from a garage on the 38-hundred block of Broadway. That’s where police found what was happening.
