A 69-year-old Randolph County man is accused of sexually assaulting a woman in his home near Union City. James M. Wilson was preliminarily arrested on charges of rape, criminal confinement and possession of marijuana. Randolph County Prosecutor David Daly’s office on Monday was granted 72 extra hours to file formal charges in the case.
