A woman who police say was allegedly being beaten up by her husband, got hwer hands on a sword and cut him a few times. It happened over the weekend. Police say 55 year old Ricky Goins ended up with some small cuts in his abdominal area. His wife ended up with a hand injury. Goins was charged with domestic battery and sent to the Delaware County Jail. The victim says her husband had come home intoxicated and began punching and hitting her.
