A Parker City man is dead and his wife and child are seriously injured in an early Thursday morning crash. An update to a story we told you about first. 30-year-old Stephen A. Anderson was a front-seat passenger in a car driven by his wife, Mackenzie, on Ind. 32 near Randolph County Road 1000-W. Police say the car went off the road and hit a cement culvert. Stephen was pronounced dead at the scene. His wife and 3-month-old baby were airlifted to area hospitals.
