More people have been added to a lawsuit in Muncie. Local contractor Shroyer Bros filed a federal suit against Muncie Building Commissioner Craig Nichols and members of the city’s unsafe building board over the demolition projects the Muncie Sanitary District performs. The suit wants that agency included in the lawsuit.
