A Muncie man is charged after he man-handled his girlfriend. Domestic battery and other counts face a Muncie man police say beat his pregnant girlfriend and threw her down some stairs. 35 year old Kevin Gully is accused of forcing his way into the victim’s apartment, grabbing her and then pushing her as she tried to get away. Police say even after the woman made it to her vehicle to drive away, Gully threw rocks at the car and broke its windshield.
