School administrators in Muncie won’t get a small stipend for extra work they do anymore. They were getting extra money for taking on other duties like overseeing the Kindergarten Fair, some testing programs, and the Christmas Sing. The school board this week approved a plan to eliminate the stipend, as the district is struggling to balance the budget this year…in the hole by over $11 million.
