A one-car crash early Thursday killed a Parker City man and seriously injured his wife and three-month-old child. Police say 30 year old Stephen Anderson was the front seat passenger in the car his wife was driving which left Indiana 32 near Randolph County Road, hit a cement culvert and flipped on its roof. He was pronounced dead the scene. 25 year old Mackenzie Anderson was flown to an Indianapolis hospital and their 3 month old was taken to Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital there.
