INDOT says chip sealing on State Roads 9 & 128 will start this week. Weather permitting, crews will start chip sealing State Road 128 on Tuesday and State Road 9 on Wednesday. The highways will be closed to through traffic while work is taking place between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., but access will be maintained to local homes and businesses.
