More people have been added to a lawsuit in Muncie. Local contractor Stroyer Bros filed a federal suit against Muncie Building Commissioner Craig Nichols and members of the city’s unsafe building board over the demolition projects the Muncie Sanitary District performs. The suit wants that agency included in the lawsuit. The suit also is critical of the way the city gets quotes instead of bids for projects. Stroyer also links the defendants to the local Democratic Party. The city responds by saying the number of defendants being sued isn’t supported by facts or the law
