The city of Winchester is asking the Ku Klux Klan to leave. Members of the group were near the Randolph County Courthouse, handing out leaflets on a downtown street corner. Their rally was on a street corner for a couple of hours Wednesday night, but the mayor tells the Star Press it ended peacefully with no arrests.
