A public hearing is set for September 8th on a new senior assisted living and memory care facility on Anderson’s south side. The City Council has approved a resolution for two companies that plan to invest more than $18 million in the project. It’s a 97-unit facility on nine acres near the intersection of 67th Street and Columbus Avenue. The companies are requesting a five-year tax abatement for the development.
