A prosecutor says he plans to buy a holster after his pistol accidentally discharged in an Anderson restaurant. No one was injured when Madison County Prosecutor Rodney Cummings’ gun went off inside the Texas Roadhouse. The former police officer says he believes the safety on the 9mm gun disengaged when he placed the weapon inside his pants pocket.
