A Farmland man has been charged with three counts of neglect of a dependent after authorities found children living in his very dirty mobile home. Ralph McKinney Jr could also be charged with child molesting. He’s been accused of assaulting a young girl, and could face 40 years in prison for that. The DA’s office could file those charges in the next couple of days.
