The neighbor of a Delaware County sheriff’s deputy shot the law enforcement officers dogs to death after they attacked the man’s goats. Police say that incident followed another one some months back when those same dogs killed one of the man’s sheep. The dogs were a seven year old pit pull and a year old border collie. The neighbor told the Star Press he feels bad it came to that.
