For the second time in three days, A Farmland couple were cuffed after police found drugs in their apartment. Drug paraphernalia, along with more than 25 syringes, and what was determined to be heroin were found at the home of Shay Edwards and Cassandra Barker on East Jackson Street. The couple has three kids, ages eight months to seven years.
