A preliminary blueprint for the former Indiana Steel and Wire site has gotten the okay from the Muncie-Delaware County Metropolitan Plan Commission. Five members pushed for more information about the Kitselman Pure Energy Park plan, and three voted against plats for the property. The site can now be divided into five plats including commercial, industrial and residential.
