A Richmond man was allegedly drunk when he caused a head on crash on the Muncie Bypass. 60 year old Danny Sexton was charged with causing serious injury while driving intoxicated. Police say the crash happened last October. Sexton allegedgly hit a pickup truck west of Ind. At the time Sexton allgedly told an officer he was drunk. According to the police records, Sexton’s blood-alcohol content that night was 0.19 percent, which is more than twice the legal limit.
