The Indiana Department of Natural Resources says the black bear seen in southern Indiana last month is back. The bear is now at the Scott/Clark County line. It was first seen in Harrison County back on July 17. The DNR is warning local residents to remove outside trash cans & bird feeders and clean/store grills in a garage or shed. The last bear was found in northern Indiana in 2015, the first in the state in more than 140 years.
