A rural Farmland man charged with neglect of a dependent has been arrested again; this time for child molestation. Ralph E. McKinney Jr. was formally charged Tuesday with three counts of neglect of a dependent over squalid conditions at his mobile home. And now the Randolph County Prosecutor’s office is also filing a preliminary count of child molesting. Prosecutors were granted 72 additional hours to file formal charges in that case.
