Drug charges face three Muncie residents after police say they found a rolling meth lab. Jeremy Wayne Bisel, Steven Dennis Staton Jr. and Tiffany Renee Wilson are charged with meth making. They had a meth lab in the front seat of a vehicle when they were stopped at 18th and Elm Streets. All three were taken to the hospital for decontamination before they were hauled off to jail.
