Muncie Sanitary District customers will likely see their bills go up with a rate hike that the officials will vote on soon. Residents who want to weigh in on the proposed price hike can attend a public meeting this Thursday at Muncie City Hall at 10:30 a.m. The planned increase is up to $5 a month for residential and commercial properties could be hundreds.
