A large fire near Winchester could be seen for miles last night. A pole barn caught fire about 6:45 p.m. at roads 400-south and 200-west in Randolph County. Plumes of smoke could be seen for miles and massive flames destroyed the structure. The fire started in a shop inside the barn and was fueled by hay. No one was hurt.
