The Delaware County prosecutor’s office will not file charges against a Muncie man who killed another man in April at an eastside intersection. The man’s name has not been made public. The man killed, Vincent Wolfe, was found wounded in a car on Ebright Street just before 6 p.m on April 14th. The shooter had been having an ongoing financial dispute with the man, who died at the hospital. Witnesses said Wolfe pulled a gun on him and the man defended himself.
