A Muncie teenager arrested for beating the woman he says he loves. Tracy Wheat the second is an 18-year-old Muncie man arrested after police were called to Locust and University Avenue. A campus officer reports the man was striking the woman in the back of the head and knocked her down. Wheat was taken to jail; the woman taken to the hospital.
