Muncie received the first six homes making up a village for the homeless. They cost just over $2,600 apiece and came in by truck this week. They’re each 96 square feet and intended to help the franchise get a base under their feet and get themselves back into a more nortmal routine. The Muncie project, being called Penny Lane, is the first of its kind in the state. The same builder is considering a similar set up in Indianapolis.
