Italy’s Police have called off the search for a Middletown airman reported missing from his assignment at Aviano Air Base. Staff Sgt. Halex Hale was last seen on July 2nd at an off-base cookout. Investigators have little to go on after he left on foot to walk to another friends home 15 minutes away and never made it.
