A tragic end to the search for Halex Hale, the missing Middletown airman stationed in Italy. The man’s body was found in the Adriatic Sea and has been identified by his father. An autopsy will determine his cause of death. Witnesses say the man was believed to be intoxicated when he left a cookout and fell into a canal while walking to another friend’s house. Hale was a Shenandoah High School graduate.
