An Indianapolis man has been officially charged in the death of an Anderson woman. 26-year-old Ali Hussain Albarbari is facing charges of operating while intoxicated, accident causing death, and leaving the scene of an accident with injury or death. His bond has been set at $100,000. Albarbari was driving a motorcycle in the 2300 block of Indiana 67 Sunday when he crashed, killing his passenger, 30-year-old Sarah M. Smith of Anderson.
