It’s Hot! With heat advisories in effect over the next few days, watch for the signs of heat stroke. Symptoms include dizziness, nausea, and fatigue, clammy or flushed skin and muscle cramps. If it happens to you, use ice packs to help bring down your body temperature, drink water and move to a cooler area. Officials say to drink plenty of water, take frequent breaks when working outside, limit your exposure to the sun and remember to take extra care of outdoor animals.
