Farmland Man Held On Domestic Charges

Police say a rural Farmland man beat his spouse when she tried to prevent him from driving while intoxicated. 40-year-old Jack Erwin was arrested after the victim told police he punched her in the face & stomach and then threatened her with a knife. He was taken to the Randolph County jail in Winchester, where he was being held on preliminary charges of domestic battery and driving while intoxicated.
