Two Ball State University buildings were evacuated Monday afternoon because of a reported gas leak. The Star Press reports that officials responded to that leak near the center of the campus at about 2 p.m. The Applied Technology building and the Teachers College were evacuated. The leak was tracked to a spot outside of the buildings. The all-clear was given about an hour later.
