The Madison County 4-H Fair has a new queen. Pendleton’s Mackenzie Boone is reigning over this week’s festivities and will move on to compete to become the Indiana State Fair queen. First runner-up was Colleen Matthews, from Alexandria-Monroe High School, and second runner-up was Alaina Conrad, who is homeschooled.
