An Anderson man has been indicted by a federal grand jury on fraud charges. Prosecutors say Kwame Abdul-Haqq tried to defraud the state of Indiana of about $175-thousand dollars. Investigators say he had worked for the Indiana Department of Correction for almost eight years — but didn’t tell anyone he had changed his name and served time in a New York prison back in the 90’s.
