The Anderson YMCA owes more than $60,000 in past utility bills to the city, and those bills have been around for a long time, even after a Community Development Block Grant paid $43,000 in January. Mayor Thomas Broderick Jr. says the city and the Y have to reach a payment plan the YMCA can afford or they’ll have to disconnect the utilities.
