Tipton man accused of child sex assault in Anderson
A Tipton man is charged with molesting a child under the age of 6. The man, 35-year-old Joshua Dewayne Boyd was reportedly intoxicated at cookout at his cousin’s home when the alleged assault occurred in Anderson in April.
