A Yorktown teenager could spend 9 years in prison after reaching a plea deal with the prosecutor’s office on an attempted murder charge. 17-year-old Troy Fogle agreed to plead guilty to aggravated battery, after he was charged with stabbing a Wes-Del High School student in the head in January 2015. Fogle said he was hallucinating and had deteriorating mental health issues. The judge will sentence him on July 13th.
