The man accused of attacking a senior citizen pleaded guilty and was sentenced yesterday. 29-year-old Kenneth Swift Jr. took a plea deal for the incident where he was caught by the victim breaking in to his truck and attacked him with a brick and a utility knife. Swift got a four year prison sentence, and faces charges in two other cases in Muncie City Court, one for battery and one for criminal mischief.
