A nighttime SWAT raid has resulted in the arrest of a Muncie man. 30-year-old Dusten Vance and his girlfriend are accused of selling cocaine to a police informant in their East Hines Street home. Vance has been charged with dealing in cocaine, conspiracy to commit dealing, maintaining a common nuisance and being a felon in possession of a handgun.
