Charges may be dismissed against an Anderson woman accused in the alleged theft of gear from an Anderson police car last September. The Madison County Prosecutor’s Office has requested that the judge dismiss the case against Leseka Gosha. The charges could be refiled against her at a later date. According to the motion, the prosecutor’s office “is in need of further investigation.”
