Former Indiana Lieutenant-Governor, now President of Ivy Tech Community College, Dr. Sue Ellsperman, continued her tour of statewide facilities Monday. At a stop at the Cowan campus, she addressed the issues of graduation rates, the types of employers who are in urgent need of workers and she responded to those who say Ivy Tech – statewide – is broken. Ellspermann wrapped up her visit with tours of the Cowan and Fisher campuses.
