One person is dead and two others are injured after a Union City man allegedly backed into three people with his car. Police say a fight broke out at a party and in an attempt to flee, 36-year-old Ramon Marin, put his vehicle into reverse, striking the three victims. He was booked into the Randolph County jail in Winchester under a $30,000 bond – charged with voluntary manslaughter, reckless homicide and leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death. Marin was convicted of driving while intoxicated in Randolph Superior Court last October, when he was placed on probation.
