Investigators say she was laying on the tracks when she was hit and killed by a passing train. Indiana State Police say 38-year-old Angela Jordan of Muncie died at the scene on Randolph County Road 900-W south of Indiana 32 at about 6:30 Tuesday morning. Police believe she had been living with a friend in Farmland.
