A 31-year-old Muncie man was shot and killed by police on Saturday afternoon, and police say the man had stabbed a teenager in a mobile home on the southside. Larry Shepp was shot five times after refusing to drop his knife when confronted by police on West 18th St. The 15-year-old female stabbing victim was treated for her wounds.
