Add the NFL Network and other NFL channels to those dropped by Dish Network due to an ongoing dispute over fees. Dish Network had already dropped stations owned by Tribune Broadcasting, which includes WTTV CBS 4 and WXIN Fox 59 in Central Indiana, as well as WGN America out of Chicago.
