Anderson Mayor Thomas Broderick Jr. has made his final appointment to the Board of Public Works. Broderick has named Dick Symmes as the third member of the board, joining Chairman David Eicks and Jack Keesling. The Mayor says Symmes is a lifelong resident of Anderson, has a local business interest and has a good grasp of community issues.
