Tens of thousands of Hoosiers are without power this morning as strong storms rolled through central Indiana overnight. AEP, DUKE and IPL are reporting significant power outages due to high winds. And it wasn’t just power lines and tree limbs; 100 mph wind gusts brought down a 180-foot communications tower in Russiaville in Howard County.
