The City of Muncie and the Town of Albany have settled a federal lawsuit. Police in full SWAT gear ransacked the home of Gina Bosworth and pointed weapons – not only at her – but also at her 15-year-old severely autistic daughter. Authorities were searching the downtown Muncie home for the body of Brianna DiBattiste even though the suit claimed they knew the source of the lead was not credible. The court has dismissed the lawsuit after the cities together paid Bosworth 85-thousand dollars.
