The heavily armed man heading to the Los Angeles Gay Pride event last weekend is from Jeffersonville Indiana. Initial reports implied he was on his way to cause harm, but the Santa Monica police say he was merely on his way to pride and didn’t say he wanted to cause harm. 20-year-old James Howell was arrested after being found with three assault rifles in his car in Santa Monica.
