INDOT maintenance crews from the Tipton Sub-district plan to chip seal a section of Ind. 13 beginning today. The road will be closed to through traffic between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. when work is taking place. Crews plan to close Ind. 13 from Fairground Road north of Elwood to the intersection of Ind. 26 and back.
